Cynthia Taylor-Luce I am pretty certain they're custom made. I've added this pic to my ideabook! Green is my favourite colour :)

Susan Johns Its matching so nicely with the sofa upholstery. So it should be custom made.

I don't know if they actually did this in this room, but the window treatments could be on one long rod all the way across a wall with several windows, using enough panels to cover the windows, or frame each window, or put it all to the sides for maximum light.
