"This lovely three-bedroom cottage was in need of a refreshing touch," says Pam Chandler of Fab Architecture. Additionally, her clients desired better storage solutions and more functional family spaces. Chandler achieved all of their objectives while staying true to the original style of the house. To create a more appealing entry, Chandler had the covered front porch removed, replacing it with a Lueders limestone terrace and a galvanized trellis supported by a Spanish cedar post-and-beam assemblage.
