The Bellevue Area Residence sits on a hillside with a west facing terrace and covered porch affording views of Lake Washington. Located in a neighborhood with an unusually restricting height limit, the home enjoys high ceilings in its light-filled, main floor living spaces, as well as in its lower level bedrooms.

Do you have a floor plan of this house and the total sq. footage? - I love the entryway and back porch from your photos! Thank you for your time. Caroline »
This whole space is lovely. Would you know the dimensions including the kitchen, dining and living room? - Also do you have other pictures showing the kitchen area better? »
Sofas - What brand of sofas are these? I've been on a month long search for the perfect sofa for us and these look to be exactly what we are looking for - deep seat, rolled arm . . . Would love to know who makes this simple style. Thanks. »
Madison Modern Home Pottery Barn makes a similar style called the Newberry for $699, although the legs are different. Stanley Furniture's Coastal Living Collection may have something closer, but I didn't see it online.
kimdonovan I used to work in the sales department for one of the leading Indiana Limestone quarries in Indiana. I love the dry stack look and am sure you will be very happy with the finished project. Please post a picture of the finished fireplace for me to see. By the way where are you located and who is supplying the stone?
Size of fireplace? - We are building a new house and have six ft of width for our fireplace. This is a lovely fireplace. Do you know the width and the size of the insert? »
This stone fireplace is absolutely gorgeous, and the built in box shelf for logs fits right into the built-ins. From top to bottom it goes vase, sculpture, pitcher, logs. Brilliant!
I like this stone color. I like the mantle but would probably want a bulkier wooden mantle. Not sure we could keep our existing hearth/ paint to match or apply fake stone or finish over existing hearth.
