The Shabby Nest The ceiling actually appears to be a slightly lighter color. Often painting a ceiling in a flat white paint makes it appear higher while wrapping the ceiling in the same color as the walls can give it more of a "cocoon" effect and make the room feel cozier.

Tiffany Eastman Interiors, LLC I am a firm believer when having any kind of white trim, to paint the ceiling the same white as the trim.....here I used White Dove by Benjamin Moore for all the trim and millwork, and used flat White Dove for the ceiling....often a "ceiling white" color is used, and I find that enveloping the ceiling in the same color as the trim doesnt break the line so to speak, and your eye will the see the room as a whole versus the ceiling being a different white....hope this helps!!

Tiffany Eastman Interiors, LLC It's hard to see but the color of the walls are Benjamin Moore oc-51 but there is a silver metallic strie paint finish applied over the oc 51, giving it a soft silvery finish
