rbthat I have the same situation and one glass co says if you don't go above 82'' you can do frameless.
I have another co says if you go to the ceiling at least with one pannel and the other you can go any height. The ceiling height is 10'.

llsloan mrs. another option is to frame the walls down to a glass height. That would enclose the shower and be able to include a steamer option if that was desired.
