Clients generally remodel for two reasons: 1. the kitchen is outdated and unattractive 2. the appliances need to be upgraded. This kitchen fell into both categories. The client wished to upgrade to a 36" range, a steam oven and a built in refrigerator to accommodate her love of cooking.
