A few eco-friendly moves include a dual-flush toilet and using a piece of scrap marble for the counter.Another bonus: It's a great place to wash the dog!

You can go even more extreme and create a fully watertight wet room. The handheld showerhead lets you hose it down and go. In fact, handheld showerheads are a real help in cleaning your shower even if you have a more conventional-style bathroom. Get one with a nice long hose.

With the right materials (such as tile and stone), you can make even a strange, cramped space into a beautiful and functional bathroom. Mopping this floor must be a cinch.

Like the wall stone, the curved edge of the countertop, the dual flush wall mounted toilet and the shower arm. Don't like the vessel sink under mounted would be better. Don't like the faucet, a far less ornate style would have been better. Don't like the wood frame mirror no frame or aluminium would be better. Not certain about the combination of white subway tile and stone wainscotting. For ease of cleaning the stone slabs or are they tiles? Would have chosen a different shower floor tile in the brown family, still providing a contrast but not such as departure from the color family.

I like the idea of the "power room" as one commenter put it. Don't want this for the master bath but definitely an interesting idea for one of the others...able to put a lot in a small amount of space and it becomes very functional.
