I will tell you that some of those fabrics are familiar (from to-the-trade resources) and I can bet that the chairs were something older or existing and were re-upholstered. You can give so much new life into an older shape with new fabric. Go hit up a flea market and find a pair then raid a fabric store using this as inspiration and come up with your own personal version! Good Luck!
