A bachelor with an ambitious project, and plans to start a family, called on me to convert a rundown apartment building into his dream home. This stunning city dwelling is the result of my love for New York townhomes, with European influences and modern flair.

I wonder how much space between vanities and tub? thank you ! »
The master bathroom is the epitome of relaxation. Alder wood paneling gives the room an old-school feel, but the burnished nickel tub and beautiful view provide a spa-like atmosphere. Combined with the natural lighting, the alder wood gives skin tone a flattering glow in the mirrors above the his-and-her vanities. The room also contains a barrel-vaulted steam shower for those days when there just isn't enough time for a lazy bath. Bathtub: Clothilde by WaterworksFlooring: Jerusalem Gold Limestone, with Inca Gold and Waterworks mosaic border
Although this bathroom is designed to be shared, it feels like a gentlemen's retreat with its caramel-color paneling, pewter bathtub and simple open windows that highlight the view.
The perfect bathroom, even has the clawfoot soaking tub. The view is fantastic though I would still like something over the windows for privacy sake. Even if it is on the 40th floor...dang helicopters
