The Shabby Nest Valspar's Warm Cappuccino is similar to the wall color and Valspar's Hearth is similar to the ceiling.

dotknot I believe the templates for the stencils are also available on her website, and from her October 2010 magazine issue as I recall. So you could make them yourself if you like.
