kjh72 It's hard to tell what color the tiles are, but Adex is another tile company that makes a beveled 3x6 subway tile. They offer the glaze solid or crackle finish.

kgolby Sonoma Tilemakers has beautiful 3x6 beveled subway tile too. Lots of colors to choose from.

The countertops look like Santa Cecilia Light granite or Giallo Ornamental.
The cabinets look like an ivory - not sure what brand, but most cabinet companies have a standard ivory color to choose from. If you're doing custom, you can do any color you want. The floor looks like oak with a walnut stain (though it's tough to tell).
