I looked very hard for a kitchen with a sofa in it, but couldn't find one anywhere. These comfy chairs, positioned between the dining room and kitchen, serve something of the same purpose. They bring everyone in the house together, even if they're busy doing different activities. Someone's in the kitchen cooking, someone else is curled up reading, and the kids are at the table doing homework - it's a great picture.
