If you've got the space, extra sinks can be an amazing help. I love these two prep sinks - they leave room for that many more helpers in the kitchen.
I do wonder, though, if the stove's in the best spot. It might be more convenient on the near side of that island.
Pedimented recessed cabinets, a Venetian mirror, complex crown molding and a wildly textured ceiling medallion catapult this modern kitchen way out of the (white) box.
i like the way the dark wood armoir looks with glass on top and wood doors on bottom - its a nice combo of see through and not - i also like the wood work at the top - nice antique look
Another unusual kitchen with the main sink in one island and the cooktop in another. This kitchen is quite simply unique - I can't even imagine it looking any other way than it does here. The architecture, mouldings, and built-ins steal the show. The spacious circulation path in the middle is an unusual choice. I try to picture this with one large central island with seating and my imagination falls flat. The addition of the small prep sink in the cooktop island makes this kitchen a bit more function at second glance.
