Chalk Hill Residence traditional-exterior

Chalk Hill Residence

This magnificent, gracious wine country home was designed by David S. Gast & Associates Architects of San Francisco. It’s clad with #1 Western Red Cedar shingles with Cabot stain, giving the home a traditional country
ambiance. Exterior doors are from Marvin with Nobilus hardware. The home’s 13 KW grid inter-tied photovoltaic installation supplies the house with most of its power
needs. The solar hot water system pre-heats the floor radiant heating system & domestic hot water.

Thanks for answering. However, Cabot is a brand, not a color. Color of Cabot stain? Thanks SO much.

Sorry, I misread your question. I believe the shingles are charcoal grey. Will post if otherwise. Thanks!

I like that there's a detached but connected guest house. This would be perfect for all the guests that are constantly coming and going at our house.
