Rangetop - I was told that I should not do a rangetop with a downdraft but it looks like that's what is shown here. Has that worked well? What kind of downdraft was used? Thank you! »
Dionne Trifiro Hi, I am not the designer for this kitchen however using a downdraft is possible if the ducting (which is in between the joists) is not too far from the exterior of the house. I personally would not use a downdraft with this type of range top, frying and grilling on this high powered range top will produce a good amount of smoke and smells.
With regards to model I cant really tell, it looks like a Wolf in any case you should always buy a downdraft from the same manufacturer.
Hope this helps, Dionne
And this is very cool: You can create your own custom blend in a very easy and fun online tool. Just select the colors you want, adjust the ratio and design your own blend on the fly: http://www.susanjablonmosaics.com/catalog/designer.php
Smaller wine coolers that hold approximately 12 bottles of wine, start in the $120 range. I had no idea they were so affordable! One thing to keep in mind when designing or renovating a kitchen that will include a wine refrigerator, it's best to buy a wine cooler that is vented in the front. If it's not vented in the front, you will need to design the space leaving several inches all the way around the unit to allow for air circulation.
