Thank you! We love it too. I really didn't want a cold white, but didn't want it to be too warm either, and the Benjamin Moore White Dove (OC-17) was perfect. We ended up using it for all of our trim
work and millwork as well. The wall is white ceramic subway tile with light grey grout.
Karen Heffernan thank you! no, they aren't matte, but they aren't super shiny either. and the grout is light grey - although in this shot, it just look white
Which Bertazzoni Heritage range for my kitchen - black or burgundy? - My kitchen will have natural wood base cabinets with a medium stain, carrera marble slab countertops, with lots of carrera marble subway tile on the backsplash. No upper cabinets, just a few open shelves. Going for a Spanish colonial revival look -- I can't decide between the Bertazzoni Heritage in Black, or the Burgundy. »
carlasollano54 Actually, I went with a Verona double oven in Stainless Steel. It just got installed this week and it looks great. I'll add a photo tomorrow.
Karen Heffernan @paulinevillegas - I think the white would look great too. I'd love to see pics - can you post some when you're done? Yes, our perimeter countertops are honed black absolute granite (Kashmir White on the island)
kandy smith Beautiful kitchen Karen. Was there any kind of sealer or color enhancer used on your counters after they were honed? I am trying to get the look of a charcoal gray counter top and some honed absolute black looks gray in pictures and some looks more black. Guess it could also be the pictures and lighting too.
I know you are so happy with your kitchen!!!
Thanks
Heffernan chose the Bertazzoni Heritage 36" gas range, with the hood in matte black, to match the cabinetry on the island. The kitchen backsplash is made up of white 3" x 6" subway tile with gray grout from a local tile store.
different cabinet style, I think it is called raised (bc the middle panel is the same height as the sides) and they are a little more traditional, and this is what we have in our old house's kitchen. they are nice, but more traditional than shaker
