Traditional Wing chairs such as these are still commonly available from manufacturers such as Ethan Allen, Herendon, Baker, etc...
...or you can find vintage pieces and have them reupholstered - frequently for far less than new.

So, these are not made specifically for outdoor use? A chair reupholstered that is not made for out doors would not hold up. I am looking for outdoor furniture that can be used year round out doors. I not interested in somthing that I have to move in and out. We do too much impromtu entertaining for that.

Actually, if you had some chairs reupholstered using polyolefin webbing rather than jute webbing & springs, mildew-resistant Outdoor/Marine foam, an acrylic fabric such as Sunbrella, sewn with polyester thread and assembled with stainless steel staples - and the frames were completely painted with a weather-resistant paint before upholstery...
...you could end up with pieces that would do quite well in protected outdoor areas.
