These stained Redwood Bahamas shutters have the Open Louver Style (louvers are at a 45 degree angle) providing maximum visibility when the shutters are open at a 45 degree angle. One shutter is very wide requiring 5 sections of louvers.
They are surface mounted above the window with a 2-3/8" Aluminum Bahamas hinge that goes across the top of the shutter. They are propped open with aluminum telescoping arms. The hardware was primed with a "self-etching primer" before final color paint to match the home.
