What is the name of the paint color and brand? Did you use painters tape to mark off the diamonds or use contact paper to form the diamonds. Thanks CS »

Anne DeCocco On my screen I just can't tell if that's a lavender or a gray. Start with Ben Moore's Winter Gray/2117-60, but then they're using a metallic silver for the diamonds. Tape off those diamonds very carefully (rub down the tape edges) and dry brush over the tape first to seal the edge. Looks like a fun project!

colleensackmaster Thanks. I have done diamonds before but used 21 X 21 square contacts paper to position the diamonds then just peeled them off. Turned out great but I wanted a more elongated diamond this time. May be more tricky to make them narrow and long
