This project was a rowhome basement in Center City Philadelphia. We first dug-out the existing floor about two feet to increase head space, then poured a new concrete floor with foundation underpinning. We built custom steps and closets for laundry, appliances and storage. We also added a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Photo credit: Becca Dornewass
