What Houzz contributors are saying:

These gradients and planes of blue can easily be mistaken for a sculpture on your countertop. Designed by Jorre van Ast who was inspired by the contour lines and levels of geography, this absolutely brings the cool back into doing the dishes. The plastic mat takes up little space, and as the water drains downwards it makes you appreciate your dry dishes all the more.

Geo Dish Drainer

Between the high-rising stacks of glasses and the tectonic of plates, sometimes navigating the limited space in a kitchen is like being a land use planner on an overpopulating island. To wit, Jorre van Ast mapped out a mat inspired by geographical contour lines and levels. The ever-so subtle height of the planes allow water to drain down. The mat takes up little space and can be easily store away. We think it's too cool not to leave out.
