Michael Tauber Architecture There are small steel angles attached to the sides and the back that the wood top is fastened into. The sheet rock was installed over the angle at the walls.
Cant see them unless you are under the sink.
Thanks for the question,
Michael
Michael Tauber Architecture Sorry for not answering sooner, truth of the matter is it has been a while since the project was complete and I do not have the color easily accessible. I wish you luck,
Thank you for the question,
Michael
Michael Tauber Architecture I had the basic shape designed and went to a wood supplier who has alot of different live edge pieces in different sizes and shapes. I had selected this slab. The person I got the wood from is Evan Shively and he is in Marshall California.
Hope this helps.

This is beautiful. Love the mix of metal w/ the wood. Did you spend hours resources the "bottom half" plumbing pipes, et? Typically, that bottom section under the cabinet are functional, but not necessarily beautifully? »
Michael Tauber Architecture Kathy sorry to have taken so long to see your question. This P-trap is from Dornbracht but other manufactures also make a decorative P trap for conditions like this.
Thank you,
Michael
Paired with metal. A powder room showcases a live-edge, floating console sink with hammered bronze vessel sink and wall-mounted faucets. The tomato bisque color on the walls brings out the red tones in the wood.

I like the idea of a birght, yet warm, powder room. It should be fun and feel different so as to make it a private space, despite its central location.
Possibility of putting a piece of granite across the width of the bathroom - and putting such a sink in (or some other sink). The top of the toilet could be below this - and this would supply a place for towels, soap, etc.
Thanks for your comment.
