Red Dot Construction You can Goole this product and there are several companies that sell a variety of products depending on the door and its weight. If you have a standard r size and application CSH Hardware sells a pre-fab unit with hinges and everything. I have done some research on this for some clients and might be able to help further if you tell us the application.

Almost every situation where you have pivoting bookcase door will have unique factors including side & overhead clearances, trim conditions and aesthetic goals. We recommend working with your cabinet fabricator to choose a hinge that is applicable to your unique situation.
