Cranford traditional-hall

This Cranford, NJ home was completely renovated after being extensively damaged by flood water. By removing a few walls, we were able to give this family an open floor plan with plenty of living space for family, friends, and entertaining. Traditional white cabinets and a dusty blue beadboard island are given a modern twist with a mosaic tile backsplash, a contemporary hood, and top-of-the-line appliances. Pendant, pocket, and task lighting make this space as functional as it is pretty. Hardwood flooring ties the kitchen in with the living and dining areas, and similar wood appears on the ceiling and wall of the sun room. A fireplace provides warmth and beauty to this family-centric home while a small wet bar offers the perfect spot for entertaining guests. Photo by Chris Amaral.
