Round silver-plated rose bowl has a rose motif design, a floral applied border, and openwork scrolled-vine feet. Jonathan Bell and Son Sheffield silver mark, EPBM and 8404 are stamped on the bottom of the bowl. From England. 10Dia. x 5T.
