lefebvrejorge looks like soapstone or it could also be a dark granite coming out of Brasil that is honed finished, we have kitchen sinks made of soapstone material.
dianalouise53 Right now the floors are hard wood. I will be removing that as part of my renovation. I will be down to the sub flooring and I would like a ceramic tile, the ones that look like wood.
Paul Anater There are hundreds of them in LA. I just Googled "concrete counters los angeles" and there were thousands of results. Here's the first link that came up: http://www.aceconcrete.com/
samuel egli Remember about limescale, this is a nightmare in our area (very hard water) especially on all things black eg sinks and slate tiles in shower. Looks great new but soon looks horrible unless you love cleaning and drying off after use! Havent tryed concrete yet though maybe ok? might give it a go.

open cabinet - it's all lovely, except i wonder if it's really practical to have the cabinet open? why would you not have protection for the towels below? i realize it's more convenient to have towels easily accessible, but they are more likely to get wet and to become soiled if they are left unprotected. »
I like the columns on the side of the mirrors
#1 choice for bath 3. Add cabinets below and have. Center one tilt for dirty clothes bin. Add cabinet above toilet for extra storage. Also want shelf in tub.
