I believe it is DuraSeal Provincial. Keep in mind that those are historic heart pine floors, so different hardwoods (like oak) stained that color, won't look the same

I don't have the same floor, mine is 1920's 2.25" pine. Here's what "dark walnut" and "coffee" look like, stained on a small area.

I wanted to go dark to minimize the nail holes. I guess we will have to experiment to see what color the pine decides it wants to become.

My floor refinisher showed me sample boards of the 2 colors mentioned above on Oak, and there is ZERO similarity among pine vs oak using the same stain. Fascinating.

I am hoping to restore this pine, but am nervous about what is hiding under the old oak blocks. Fingers crossed!
