Veranda Estate Homes & Interiors That is a true comment, our building prices in Calgary are very different from those throughout Canada and even more different than those building in the states so I can not even guess as to the cost in Miami. Sorry.

For the front door we had one custom made and just used the aluminum clad frame as a surround. Hope this helps!

Brian- I think this isclosest to the exterior we need to pass to the architect. Lighter stucco color, roof is perfect imo, trim & gutters are good, low rock ledger is CC&R mandates.
