From the picture this looks to be a HappyFloors Tile called Vega Black. We have a similar floor in the front of our showroom called Kaleido Nero, also from HappyFloors. Our installer said it was one of the best floor tiles he has ever worked with. Very good prices on this brand too!

I'm not sure what you're noticing, but there is no red in the tile. However, it's also not completely flat grey, there is a tan undertone. Also, it is textured like a black slate tile. I hope that helps. Here is a link to the tile:
