FGY Architects These are custom made windows by a local company called Davenport. They are awning windows that push out and the lites are roughly 10" wide by 12" high.

FGY Architects This picture was featured in a houzz article and described as a floor. There's no perspective that makes it obvious it's a desk. It's a great detail for both applications.

You can place the sill within inches of the floor line. All that's needed is just a bit of space for trim and to make cleaning a little easier.

I like the large, full wall windows .These types of windows are my favorite but its a hard task to keep them clean but it allows for a good view and a lot of sunlight in your how to reduce the use of electric. Window #3
