Location: Hancock Street, Los Angeles, CA, USA A wonderful second unit in a Hancock park neighborhood of Los Angeles, this project was about creating a great kitchen and to re invent the entry keeping the existing architectural details. At top of the stairs facing the street there was a coat closet, now is a wonderful detail with the two existing windows bringing light to a rather dark entry. The bathroom shown was a recreation of 1920's feel with the decorative tile and lay out. As posted on Zillow " Exquisite trophy property on one of Hancock Park's prettiest streets.
