S.A.N Design Group, Inc. This Island is 4 x 10. The space pass through space that I allowed in between the cabinets was 40". Typically, you need to allow yourself a minimum of 36" of space to manouver in between the island and cabinets. This is the standard.

S.A.N Design Group, Inc. The cielings are 9' (108") . As for the finish, I used a Conversion Varnish that needed to be catalized accordingly. This is the best finish to use in a kitchen or bath environment. Also this is the best finish to use for coffee tables and such. It has a very high resistance factor. Very durable! Hope this helps.
