Would love help... - My shower design is 6'Wx7'Deep. These showers heads look very similar, my choice Delta Victorian. What heads are these? What height did you place them? I am doing a ceiling mount and trying to determine whether to go 12" arm or 9" arm, with these heads on sides.
Would be most appreciative. This shower came out beautiful. »
Robinson Interiors Thanks for your questions....I'm sorry, but this project has been a few years ago and I no longer have those records from the client's project. I believe the showerheads were mounted approximately 76" from the floor, and there are also the 4 rain-tiles on the ceiling as well. Thanks again for your kind words and good luck on your project!
Robinson Interiors Sure! I think the tile design, rain-tiles on the ceiling, half-walls, and glass door would all look great in the size space you're describing. The double shower-heads at the side might be a bit of overkill, but everything else would work out great! Good luck to you!
Robinson Interiors This is a tan 4x8" subway tile which is no longer available....but I'm sure you can find something similar out there. The floor tiles are a smaller version, of course, and the accent strip is just a 6x6" square on the diagonal. Sorry I don't have more specifics for you.
Robinson Interiors Yes, this client has been very happy with the decision to have only a large shower....however she is single and living alone. Guests have the option of a traditional tub/shower combo. Her lifestyle works great with the shower only in her master. Best of luck!
S. Thomas Kutch I am coming up with some plans for a builder client who is making the jump from larger single family luxury homes to much smaller super efficient designed homes for the aging "baby boomer" generation that is looking to scale way down now that the kids are grown and out of the house. These smaller homes (900 - 1400 SF) are a drastic new route for him, considering that most of the homes he has built in the past have been 4,000 SF - 8,000 SF. Most will not have a tub at all, just the shower.
He has said that he's getting more and more request to eliminate the tub in the Master bath and going with a larger more bells and whistle showers.
Love this design. IMHO I think another soap niche on the opposite side is warranted, and possibly two recessed lights instead of just the one, to enhance the symetrical theme
