Hi Dinah,
Thank you for reaching out. What you see here is our farmhouse from reclaimed chestnut, 100+ years, over a hand painted snow white base. Reclaimed chestnut is rare, and therefore much more expensive than reclaimed pine or reclaimed oak. All in all, the table above was created for approx $2400.
We have many more images and better description of this chestnut table on our website
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

I like the shape of this table and the chairs. I don't like the two tones, should all be stained.

Reclaimed Chestnut Dining Table

Made by
Ph: (978) 831-3106
this is our farm table made from reclaimed chestnut wood. Created with 2"" thick chestnut sop, in a very smooth center cut wood grain. Chestnut table is finished with a custom color close to golden brown, and matched with with cabriole/French style legs, hand painted with a snow white paint color. In addition for this 6 ft chestnut table, we created 2 x 18"" extension ends, extending the 6ft table to 9ft

This wormy chestnut material is salvaged from the wood of old American barns, giving new life to old wood. Also shown in this picture are 6 Swedish ladder-back style chairs finished in the same snow white Finish as the dining table.

Dimensions: 74"" x 38"" x 30""

Chestnut is available for any of our dining tables."
