this is the room, add a shower for dirty husbands coming in from outside or a awful night at work, shoe closet, personal cubbies for each person in the home, ironing board/make one of the tables iron safe, don't waste any wall space, gotta have plenty of room for folding, sorting, and ironing. ohh and add a small TV in one of the corners, gotta have something to watch while doing laundry. lol
