Margaret Donaldson Interiors This is a great test method! We do this as well with clients. The fabric is a Designers Guild cotton and it has that signature Designers Guild brilliance and saturation. Another thing to consider is the finish that you will use for the paint. A glossier finish tends to be more modern and is less forgiving to imperfections. A semigloss finish is classic.
