Lumens There are a couple of manufacturers that offer the pieces you'd need for a monorail design that looks like this. The adjustable heads are either:

From there, both LBL Lighting and Tech Lighting offer varying lengths of rail, standoffs for mounting, transformers, etc. to complete the system. -Nissa
