If you seriously want to know how much a home like this would cost in Boston, I would suggest contacting a realtor that is familiar with your desired neighborhood and/or looking at real estate listings (on the web) for your desired neighborhood.

motherbear I agree...Red Tips can get huge, but I've only ever seen them planted en masse as a screen or hedge?

libbysue We planted a few individual shrubs at areas around the house where we wanted screening of specific views of the house or other things. There is one that has grown wide enough to hide the shed in the garden. A neighbor planted a row, trimmed the bottom of limbs, and it looks like red tip trees like this one. It's used to block the view from the back yard into the patio area.
