AMS Landscape Design Studios, Inc. They are called:
Phoenix canariensis (or better known as...) Canary Island Date Palm(s).
They are known for their wide / thick trunk and their 'pineapple' looking base below the crown of fronds. They are also quite expensive and can be a little difficult to establish. Therefore careful installation by a experienced Landscape Contractor is absolutely critical because most contractors (at least here in southern California) are no longer providing any warranties regarding their health / outcome. And when each tree shown here cost over $10k... not including the required crane fees ( to lift them in place and help install them), you are making a big investment.
However, once established, these stately trees look simply fantastic and work well in numerous design scenario, such as framing the ocean views in the distance.
