Bedroom Remodel

YWCA Women's Shelter remodel. A small space that had to include a bedroom and kitchen all in one room. The bedroom has a drop down desk to allow for more space when needed. A chest that doubled as storage, wall scones so you can read in bed and adds pleasant lighting. The kitchen area was updated with a elevated dish drainer to allow for more counter space. The bathroom was also updated with new items; vanity, sink, marble counter top, faucet, mirror, shelf. photo: DeMane Design

The desk folds flat when not in use, it was modified (reduced depth) to fit the small space that we had in this studio suite. Ikea - Wall-mounted drop-leaf table. Good luck, I hope this was helpful. If you have more questions, feel free to contact me 253.973.8442.

Nancy Finneson, AKBD, CAPS / DeMane Design Thanks for your inquiry. The paint color I used in this room is Sherwood Williams, SW 6219 Rain. It is a very tranquil and calming blue, great for a bedroom.

Nancy Finneson, AKBD, CAPS / DeMane Design The bed frame used here is, unfortunately, no longer available.
What happened here is I found a frame style that worked and painted it a pewter/iron color. This frame was originally powder blue, which was NOT my vision, but, paint can change everything. Good luck in your search.
