kjziebell Simpson Doors makes one. From what I've seen most door and window manufacturers make them for interiors. Exteriors ones are harder to find. Especially for a cold climate.

From the position of the lockset (which is normally placed at 36.0" tall) I'll say that door is 120.0" tall. If you see the closed double door entrance it has a rectangular transom which gives a look as if the door is taller. I fabricated very similar doors to a Cigar Bar in Naples Fla. (www.burnbyrockypatel) .I own www.mahoganydoorshonduras.com. I custom make any wood door in Honduran mahogany. We have more than 6 years in experience and have lots of referrals.
