Anne DeCocco Ok, I went on Janell's blog to find this color for you, but her blog is SO good and SO entertaining that I had to stop reading and just send you there to look on your own. Just click on "more info" under the picture and then follow the link to Isabella and Max. As a fellow blogger, I have to say that Janell is our Queen!
Janell Beals - House of Fifty Mag The plywood frame covered with foam was purchased on eBay (Foam N More Upholstery Inc.) and covered with fabric from Calico Corners (Slubby Basket).
Ronique Gibson There are many techniques out there. Some people use an edger that 'cuts in' around the wall for you and makes clean edges while painting. Others use painters tape (The blue one) to mask off the trim.
Believe it or not, an experienced painter can paint a clean edge by the way they hold their paint brush. (not me!)
jtpeach We have textured walls in our house - learned after many gallons of paint that painters tape will NEVER work, the paint sneaks under it every time. Get a good angled brush (yes, there is a difference in a $12.00 brush), and take your time free handing it.
I love the toned down blue room with touches of pinks. Also the beautiful chandelier. To save space in a small bedroom add a small desk at the end of a bed for a good work area for students.
