Ingrained woodworking Inc No way of really knowing but if you figure the desk surface is likely 30 to 32" above the floor, the open area looks about the same and the wall cabs look twice that you may be looking at 10' ceilings.

Katherine Likely I personally love the color of white on cabinets, but you have so much in the area surrounding it that I am afraid that adding white to the cabinets will give you that sinking drowning feeling. Instead change the wall color and leave the cabinets the color they are now. On the outdside ridge - I would paint it the same color as the wall to make things pop. So if you chose a red or a pale blue for this area - put the color on just the standing up ridge and that would do the trick.


In the picture is a decorative section that has a washed look. The raised part brings the highlights to the cabinet. Not sure if I am explaining it correctly.
