L. Cramer Builders + Remodelers The cabinetry was treated with a custom white glaze - it is difficult to see in the picture but it allowed a small bit of grain to show through. If you are looking to enamel cabinetry, however, the trim in this kitchen is Benjamin Moore White Wisp. This will give you a crisp white look that pairs well with white marble.

L. Cramer Builders + Remodelers Thank you for admiring this kitchen! I am glad you like the floors - they are white oak stained in an espresso finish. To achieve the rich dark color the floors were treated with a water popping process. This process applies water to the wood prior to the stain application, and this water process allows the grain of the oak to open and absorb the stain more deeply. Good luck with your project!

irishchick91 Is the island countertop marble?

L. Cramer Builders + Remodelers Yes - this island top is Statuary White marble. It does have some gray striations but the field is mostly white—as compared to Carrara marble, which has a more consistent gray tone throughout. Good luck with your project.

If you like the wood color I would recommend you show it to a painter and see if he or she can provide some samples for you that are similar. Alder accepts stain very well - good luck with your project!
