Clawson Architects, LLC It is always a challenge even as a professional. there is no single answer to the perfect color. i tried to explain it in this blog post.

I like the size and shape of the pillars and just wish the bases were rock on three sides and open shelves on one side. I would put the open shelves on the kitchen side in my house. I like how it separates the living spaces but are NOT extended way out into the room.
