thegoddess317 Hi. I love this kitchen. What did you use for the corrugated insets? Is that tin? Do you think it would work as I backsplash with Cambria Sussex Quartz counterops? I simply love this industrial look. Please advise. Thanks!
Many cool design elements are seen in this space. The foundation, the floor, adds warmth and to me, the texture of the doors and the construction surrounding the doors feels warm. Artwork and a large window add warmth as well.
Corrugated tin doors give a jolt of, oh my god, if I say "industrial" again I might just have to jump off a cliff. Let me just apologize now, because its' really the only word that works.
With elements that are unusual to begin with, like metallics, you can make them even more interesting by adding them in surprising places. Think about finishing your cabinetry or the perimeter of your kitchen island in metal.
Let's shoot for as much glazing (windows) as possible in the kitchen...it sounds like you guys will spend a lot of time in there and we can maximize southern views
