This brand new, beautiful designed traditional home was completed 2011 by Spinnaker Development. Designed, built & furnished by the Newport Beach firm this home has become a focal point of the community in which it stands. The lovely attention to detail and superb craftsmanship make this truly a unique property. This has become of of Spinnaker's flagship properties.

Spinnaker Development This is a 5/8" engineered floor. The material is a wire brushed white oak custom finished on site..

Spinnaker Development I'm not quite sure, possibly Pottery Barn. I did learn that the homeowner's used small wood blocks to float the frames

Spinnaker Development I believe the homeowner used small wood blocks or shims to float the picture hangars from the wall. The were spaced to allow for the second layer of frames to hang correctly. That said, I tried the same thing in my own home and it didn't look as nice... I think it was a trial and error process...

krismeyers What style moldings did you use on the wainscoting? I can't tell from the photo if plain 1x4 is used or if an addition small piece is inside the panel next to the 1x4. I am wanting to do something like this down the hall for my elderly mother to use for balance. Thank you!

The Frames really fill up the space without making it cluttered. I love the message it seems to give that the homeowners' lives are full but not chaotic.
