Jennifer@ Blissfully Ever After Our laundry room is a 5' x 6' space and when the doors are open we have about 2.5' to walk in front of them. This is a very small space, but we've done our best to make the most of it.

Tracey MacDonald Many Companies now offer Furniture and Cabinet paints that are a Water based - Alkyd Emulsion. This means it has the durability of oil based paint with the ease of soap and water clean up. I have used the Sico brand with great results!
