Joel Snayd The mirror is vintage. We found it at a flea market. The best advice is to keep a look out for an old frame and paint it a warm grey like the one in the picture. You may want to then add a light stain / glaze to the painted frame to add a bit more patina. I would use steel wool to blend the glaze and give it some wear to the finish.
