This was my first kitchen I designed which led to my new wonderful career. My husband of Hardrock Construction had to gut the space, correct scary structural problems and remove layers of flooring. The stove used to be right beside the big window and the fridge was where the stove is now making for a too tight work triangle. I moved the fridge and added a super working island and a large pantry (not shown)for much needed storage. Working within the same footprint due to a tight budget, we more than doubled the storage and useable space that works marvelously 7 years later.
